Gadget eye candy for 2012

Limited access to apps, gadgets and tech over the last 6 weeks (I’ve been travelling from from London to Sydney via Hong Kong) has whetted my appetite for something new & shiny. These 3 x little beauties are top of my wish list, if & when they become available:

Feedair – Personalised Ticker

Feedair’s personalised ticker has been on my radar for a while now. It’s a great office gadget & would be perfect for Social Community managers or startups. Effectively it uses an app to aggregate all of your social feeds & then streams them onto the device.

Jawbone’s Up Wristband

“Making healthy living fun & social.”

Now the “UP” wristband has already been launched & was then subsequently recalled, but it will be back & much improved at some point this year (so I am reliably informed by the EMEA VP of Jawbone). I think it has the potential to be a game changer, encouraging people to be healthier & looking very cool at the same time. Watch this space!

Bergcloud’s Little Printer

Similar to the “Feedair” this is a great little gadget for the office bridging online & offline. It’s far from revolutionary, but looks fun & will grab plenty of attention if it was perched on your desk. Originally due for launch in January this year, but who knows!?
